Order never delivered and they blamed the delivery photo

I ordered from primitivelabsresearch.com and it was 49 dollars. The delivery service took a photo of the outside of my building which is correct but then the interior photo they claim was the delivery is some mystery location. I checked all the neighboring buildings and nobody recognizes that interior.

I have asked them over and over for a refund and they just refuse. They told me to go to my local police about their delivery problem. Like the NYPD is gonna care about their company's delivery issues. They have bigger things to deal with.

Primitive Labs keeps refusing to refund me and they won't even offer to replace the order.
