Booked a cruise and the boat never showed up

I booked the Breakfast 2-hr cruise. We arrived at 08:15 for the 9 am departure. The slip was empty. No business was displayed over the gate. The other 30 slips had business name & ads. Most had a small dockside booth. The boat never showed. Calling them, all calls were unanswered without any voicemail or messaging system. Email remains unanswered. I lost $189. The address is Kewalo Basin Harbor 1009 Ala Moana Blvd Slip F30, Honolulu, HI 96814. I tried calling (808) 657-5378 and emailed [email protected]. The website is princekuhiotours.com. Just nothing back. Felt really stupid just standing there waiting.
