Ordered a shirt that took a month to come from China, can't get a refund.

I was getting ads for clothes from printblur.com, so I ordered a shirt. I even checked their shipping page first because I needed the shirt for an event, and it said up to 12 business days for US shipping. That made me think they were here.

But then I got a tracking number from China. Nothing on the site said it would ship from there. It took a whole month to arrive. By then, my event was long over.

I emailed their support to return it. They wrote back a long email asking for measurements and photos so I could exchange it. I told them I just wanted a refund since I couldn't use it anymore. They never replied. I tried the phone number on their website, but the call just disconnects right away.
