Website asking for insurance money to deliver a package

This website contacted me about a package. They said I needed to pay insurance money to get it delivered. I never ordered anything.

The site is prioritylogisticexpress.org. They wanted me to pay before they would send it. It just felt off, like a phishing thing. I didn't send them anything. No money lost but still annoying.
