Ordered from Pripedi Cosmetics and can't get a reply from anyone

I made a purchase from Pripedi Cosmetics. I used their website. After I placed the order, I tried to contact them using all the information they provided. I tried the phone number (613) 203-3977. I tried the email address, [email protected]. I even have their address in Brockville.

I've made numerous attempts. There has been no response. No action on my order. Nothing. It's like they just took the order and disappeared. I can't get a reply from anyone at the company.
