Letter about reward dollars with no clear company name

Got a letter in the mail. It says I have $250 in reward dollars and to call (800) 919-9361. Says it's sponsored by privacy control identity theft protection or something. They want me to call 7 days a week, Monday through Saturday 8a to 11:30pm, Sunday 8a to 9p.

It says I can use the reward at places like Amazon, Walmart, Costco, Home Depot and more. Claim number is RW13389600. It says second notice.

I didn't ask for this. No real company name on it that I recognize. Just a phone number and a claim number. Feels off.
