YouTube message saying I won a lottery I never entered

I got a message on YouTube from an account using the name and profile picture of a pretty well known streamer. It looked like a sponsored post or something. It said I was a winner in some kind of sweepstakes.

The message said "$5,000 WINNERS TAGGED IN THIS POST" and had a link to prizedice.com. It said they picked 20 winners this month instead of 10 and each winner gets $5,000 to use on the site or withdraw. There was a promo code too. I never entered any contest or sweepstakes from these people. I never even heard of the website before this. I don't know how they got my YouTube info or why they tagged me.
