Chimney sweep company set up two appointments and never showed

We were looking for a chimney sweep and found this company. They set up two separate appointments for a technician to come out and give us a quote for a chimney cleaning. The woman on the phone had an accent and she assured us the quote was free and we didn't have to have them do the cleaning if we didn't want to.

Both days, no one called or showed up. We waited around all day for someone to come give us a quote. Twice. Now the website can't be found and the phone number 1-855-701-0622 doesn't even connect anymore. Good riddance I guess but it was a waste of time.
