Hired for a job but checks bounced and no breaks at all

I got hired through their website prodispatchservice.com and they are located at 901 SE Oak St Suite 104 in Portland OR. The phone number they used was (971) 808-4200.

The work was rough, no breaks at all, just constantly working. I lost $1000 because my checks bounced. I informed them about it and they lost all the paperwork for all the clients. So now I have no proof of anything and no way to get my money back.
