Calls about a 12 year old medical debt with no proof

I keep getting calls from this number (872) 299-5016. They say they are Pro Recovery and I owe some medical debt from 12 years ago. I asked them to send me proof or validation of the debt and they just refuse. They keep calling and calling and harassing me to pay.

They won't send anything in writing. Just call and say I need to pay right now. I don't even know if this is real. I haven't given them any money because it feels off. They won't stop.
