Paid $5000 for a loan that never came

I got a call from this number (562) 620-7896 saying they could help me get a lower mortgage. They sounded real professional and told me I just needed to pay some fees first to process everything.

They sent me to an address on pioneer blvd in Artesia and had me email someone named anniew at processingassistance.com. I paid $5000 like they said and then nothing. No loan, no money back. Now they won’t answer my calls or emails.
