Ordered a tool from Progriptools, got no confirmation or reply

I found this website progriptools.com that looked totally convincing. It had a fair security rating and a huge inventory of tools, all at really discounted prices. I ordered one specific item that's been discontinued and is hard to find anywhere else. Luckily it was only about $28.

But I never got any communication from them. No order confirmation, no shipping info, nothing. I tried emailing their support address, but there's been no response at all. It's just radio silence after they took the money.
