Job offer video forced me to pay $67 to verify myself

I saw this thing for Project Patriot AI, but the website says Patriot Profit AI. So right away it's confusing. They make you watch this video that is clearly AI generated, using some guy named Roy Easton's face and voice. The video says you can get paid $500+ just to answer questions to help train AI models to sound more human.

But here's the thing. Throughout the whole video it keeps saying you pay nothing. Then at the end you have to put in your name, email, and card info and they charge you $67. They say it's to receive $104.85 as payment for verifying you are "a real American." They claim it's PayPal verified, GoDaddy secured, and a premium JVZoo seller but I don't know about any of that.

Their phone number is (787) 514-7902 and the address they gave is 1809 East Broadway street, suite 125 in Oviedo, FL. Email is [email protected]. I didn't pay anything in the end but it just felt really off.
