Order from last year still never showed up

I ordered something from projectfluent.store over a year ago and I still haven't gotten it. They took my money, $82.80, and nothing ever came. I emailed them at [email protected] but no reply.

I don't know what else to do. It's been way too long and I just want my order or my money back. This is in the United States.
