Voicemail saying they will deliver a notice to my home

I got a voicemail from someone named Maria Johnson saying she's with proof serve processing. She said she's coming to my house tomorrow between 1 and 3 PM to deliver a sealed Dunning notice. If I'm not home she said she'll go to my job instead.

Then she said if I miss it it will count as a direct refusal to comply and will result in a failed appearance. She told me to call the filing party at 518-861-3892 before she shows up. I didn't ask for any of this and I have no idea what a Dunning notice is. The whole thing just feels off. No company name on the voicemail except that proof serve processing thing.

Voicemail about a sealed delivery with no company I recognize

I got a voicemail from someone named Maria Johnson with Proof Serve Processing. She said she has a sealed Dunning notice to deliver to my home address tomorrow between 1 and 3 PM. If I’m not home she said she’ll go to my job instead.

She said if I miss it it’ll be a refusal to comply and could cause a failed appearance. She told me to call 518-861-3892 before she comes. I don’t know what this is about and I never dealt with any company called Proof Serve Processing. It feels strange and I didn’t ask for anything like this.
