No company name on monthly charge for property records I never wanted

Someone has been taking $20 a month out of my card for over a year. I didn't even know because the card was on autopay through my bank and I just never looked close enough. The total is $268 now.

They say it's for property records in Albuquerque, NM. They claim I expressed interest in that. I have never been to New Mexico in my life and never wanted property info there. I don't know how they got my card number.

I called and they told me my money would be refunded. It wasn't. Nothing at all. Their website is Propertyrec.com and the phone number they used is (886) 775-0556.
