Charged monthly without consent after paying for a property record

I used propertyrecord.com to get a record, thinking it was the county site. They charged a couple dollars, but then they started taking $30 every month without asking me or getting my consent.

There's no way to log in to an account. They just send a link if you need your info. You can't unsubscribe, see your payments, or even find the subscription in your account. I called and they couldn't even tell me what the subscription was for. They said I had "716 credits" in my account, but that info wasn't on the website, only over the phone.

They said they'd refund the charges, but I haven't seen any money come back. My bank had to block them. This website preys on people who think they're using a real assessor site. How many others are getting scammed?
