Ordered a deed copy but got random info about my address instead

I ordered a deed copy from Propertyrecs.com and paid $8.00 for it. What I got back was just some miscellaneous info related to my address, not the actual deed copy I requested.

I don't know what they sent me exactly but it wasn't what I needed. I tried looking at the website again and it's just not clear. They took my money and gave me something useless.

Two strange charges from a company I never signed up with

I was just looking at my checking account and saw two $20 charges I didn't recognize. The company name was Propertyrecs.com. I have no idea what this company even does. I never signed up for anything with them.

So I called the number on the charge, (866) 242-0544. I asked them what the service was and why they took my money. They wouldn't answer me. They just kept saying they would shut down my account. But they wouldn't refund the $40. That's not good enough.

Their address is in Austin, TX. I still don't know what I paid for.
