Still charging me monthly after SAVE program ended last year

I got a call from these people saying they were a loan servicing company and they could help me with my student loans. Sounded legit enough so I signed up. They told me the monthly fee was just for staying on the program.

Now SAVE ended last year and they are still charging me every month. I've paid about 2000 dollars already. I called them and they just said the fee is still needed but it don't make sense because the program is gone. They just keep taking money out of my account. No one will give me a straight answer.
