Paid for shipping on a free item and nothing showed up

I saw this ad for proudfree.com saying everything free store wide until midnight and you only pay for shipping at checkout. So I ordered something and paid $69.99 for the shipping. That seemed high but I figured it was for the free item.

Nothing ever came. I tried the website and it just doesn't work. I emailed them at [email protected] and nobody replied. The phone number they had was 1(701) 425-8894 but it just rings. I feel stupid for falling for it but it really looked legit at the time.

Facebook ad said they were closing and giving away stock

I saw this ad on Facebook saying they were closing because of financial hardships and giving away their stock. So I placed an order. After a few days I checked to see if it shipped and it hadn’t. I kept watching the order tracker and it just sits at “Order Ready.” It never moved. I lost $89.99 on this. The website is proudfree.com.
