Letter saying I owe money for parking in a private lot
It looks like the vehicle was pulled off on a shoulder of an expressway ramp. I looked at the location on Google maps that they claimed the violation happened and it looked nothing like the picture they showed. I was nowhere near that location on that day and time either.
There are many reports of fraud by this company online. It's just a scam.
Parking notice for a spot we already paid for
We just paid it to keep it from going to collections but we don't think we should have had to. After looking into it more we found out the city of San Antonio is not affiliated with this company at all. They are a scam and will send out the same notice whether you paid or not at the time you parked. There are a lot of complaints about this but no one does anything about it. I guess locals will warn people not to park there.
Paid for parking twice and still got a violation notice in the mail
I disputed the whole thing on their website, prrsparking.com. I showed them screenshots of my payments as proof. They just denied my dispute. They offered me a $20 discount on the violation, which is completely outrageous. I already paid to park. They shouldn't be sending me a violation at all.
This company just tries to get money out of people. They need to be stopped.
