My daughter parked and paid in a designated parking spot. A week later, we got a letter in the mail saying we owed $92 for a "Notice of Non-Compliance".
We just paid it to keep it from going to collections but we don't think we should have had to. After looking into it more we found out the city of San Antonio is not affiliated with this company at all. They are a scam and will send out the same notice whether you paid or not at the time you parked. There are a lot of complaints about this but no one does anything about it. I guess locals will warn people not to park there.

Paid for parking twice and still got a violation notice in the mail
I got a parking violation in the mail from PRRS Parking, which makes zero sense. I paid for parking in their lot, and I even paid to extend my time. I did it twice.
I disputed the whole thing on their website, prrsparking.com. I showed them screenshots of my payments as proof. They just denied my dispute. They offered me a $20 discount on the violation, which is completely outrageous. I already paid to park. They shouldn't be sending me a violation at all.
This company just tries to get money out of people. They need to be stopped.
