Letter about parking at the Arboretum with a made-up address

I got this letter in the mail, but it came to an address that isn’t even right for me. It had pictures of my car going in and out of the Dallas Arboretum parking lot, the main one by the entrance. I’m a member there with a family pack that already includes parking.

This company out of Colorado says I was parked on private property on March 20, 2026 at 720 Garland Road in Dallas. They claim I was there illegally and want me to pay them $97 in 30 days or they’ll send me to debt collections. The address they listed for that location doesn’t even exist.

I think they might be using those FLOCK cameras that are at the Arboretum, taking pictures of license plates without permission. They’re just pulling info from visitors’ plates and sending these letters trying to get $100 or more. I already reported this to the City of Dallas and to the Arboretum.
