Phone call about a debt I don't owe from a process server

Got a call from a number (516) 341-1918 and they left a message. Then they called again from a blocked number. A guy named Scott White said he was a process server and had a file number to serve me at my address around 4pm. Said the company was PRS.

He claimed it was for a Bass Pro Shops credit card from 11 years ago. Said the amount was $700 but the real debt was only $245 and it was something I dealt with a long time ago. I actually called Capital One to check and they told me it's not even in their system and they would absolutely not handle it like this.

Felt really strange. No idea who PRS is or why they're saying this.
