Yellow form in the mail about buying stock

I got this colored yellow form in the mail. It's about buying stock. The phone number on it is (212) 523-0973 and the address says 295 Madison Ave in New York.

There's an email too, [email protected]. It just feels off. I didn't ask for this and I'm not sure what to make of it. I haven't sent them any money or anything. Just wanted to report this.

Letter about my stock shares with no company name I recognize

I got a letter in the mail addressed to me personally. It had information about shares of stock I own in a specific company. They said they want to buy the stock at a reduced price and pay cash.

My shares are held by Computershare so I don't know how this company got my personal info. The letter came from 295 Madison Ave in New York and the email was [email protected]. The phone number on it was (212) 523-0973. It just felt strange that they knew exactly what I owned.
