Paid $150 for a product that doesn't exist, then got a fake shipping hold.

I sent $150 to this site psychedelicsdmtshop.ca. The phone number is 1(660) 236-1324 and the email is [email protected]. They have an address listed as 8 ossington ave, Toronto, ON M6J 2Y8, CAN.

They took the money and then their own made-up "shipping company," Elite Cargo Group, gave me a tracking number. That made it seem like the order was real and shipped. Then they marked the shipment as on hold for customs clearance. They wanted a fee of the exact same amount I already paid, $149.99.

I didn't give them any more money. But the original $150 I spent is obviously gone and not returned. This seems to be a common scam. I guess I got sucked in again, but at least I didn't pay the extra "shipping" costs they wanted.
