Flyer about Viking River Cruise prize with a combination box

I got this flyer in the mail on June 12th, 2026, in a regular envelope through USPS. It was on glossy paper and looked pretty real. It said I was a finalist in the Viking River Cruise giveaway.

There was this little plastic thing they called a combination box. You're supposed to activate it and see if the two numbers in the box match the two numbers you scratch off in a circle. If they match, you call the phone number they listed to find out which of four prizes you won. The number on it was (866) 297-0829 and the address was 611 Pennsylvania Ave SE, #140, Washington, DC 20003.

My husband and I got suspicious so we looked it up online. Turns out it's a scam marked by PTCL, which is the company name in the fine print on the back of the flyer. We didn't lose any money but wanted to report it.
