Letter saying my trademark expired but it really didn’t

I got this letter from a company called PTO-US. They sent it to my address, 19125 North Creek Parkway in Bothell, WA. The letter says my trademark expired on May 28, 2026, and wants me to send $1800 in cash to renew it.

That didn’t feel right so I checked the USPTO website myself. My trademark doesn’t expire until 2029-11-28. So this is just a scam trying to get money. I tried calling the number on the letter, (800) 983-4701, but nobody ever answers. No one picks up.
