Letter about trademark renewal with a government agency feel
They wanted $3850 for trademark renewal fees. Plus another $2000 for incontestability fees. I didn’t send any money. The address they used is 19125 north creek pkwy #120, Bothell, WA 98011. Their phone number is (800) 983-4701.
It just felt off. No real USPTO letterhead or anything. I’m not sure how they got my info but I’m not paying it.

My son is a lawyer in Kansas who does IP stuff so I had him look at it. He said right off the bat something felt off about it, the amount didn't seem right and I should have had more time to renew. He checked our trademark registration online and yep it was all fine.
So now I'm filing reports like the USPTO website says to do. The phone number they used is (800) 983-4701 and the website is www.pto-us.com with some address in Bothell, WA.
