Job offer email from Publicis Groupe seemed off

I got an email from someone named Christie Kovach saying they're from Publicis Groupe's Talent Acquisition team. She said they were hiring for a Senior Account Manager and that my profile caught their attention. The email talked about managing clients and campaigns.

Something felt strange about it. I didn't apply for anything with them and I don't remember sending my resume to Publicis Groupe. The email address was [email protected] which doesn't look right for a real company that big. I didn't lose any money but I'm worried this is some kind of employment scam trying to get my info. Just wanted to put this out there so nobody else falls for it.
