Paid for a deed copy and got charged $31 for nothing
Their business practices are highly deceptive and that is against the law. They are straight up crooks. I saw their one star reviews on trust pilot and that is proof. They should be stopped.
Charged $41 instead of $1 for property tax records
Then I see I was charged $41 instead. Not $1. I looked around and it seems like this is what they do, they charge way more and then keep trying to take more money every month. I only wanted the tax info, not this.
I didn't sign up for any monthly thing. Just a one time $1 fee they said. Now I'm out $41 and worried they'll try again.

I didn't sign up for anything extra. I was careful about that. But they still took the money anyway. No explanation or anything. Just a bigger charge than what I agreed to.
