Phone call from David Sawyers saying I won a PCH prize

I got a call from a guy named David Sawyers. He said he was from Publishers Clearing House and had a badge number 25350901. The number was (717) 850-5692 and he told me to press extension 6.

He said I won a prize but I had to pay something first to get it. That didn't make sense to me. I never entered any contest that I remember. He kept talking about fees and taxes and it felt off.

I didn't send any money. But I am worried they have my phone number now. The email they gave was [email protected] which looks fake. The address they listed is in Chattanooga, TN. I just want people to know about this.
