Yellow envelope with no return address and a fake check inside

I got this yellow envelope in the mail, no return address on it. Inside was a pink paper that looked like it was from Publisher’s Clearing House saying I won something. There was also a check for $9,800.00.

The paper said not to deposit the check until I called the claim manager at 1 428 880 6068. That felt strange to me. I didn’t call the number.

No company name on the envelope either. Just the pink paper and the check. I didn’t lose any money but it seemed off.
