Phone call saying I won Publishers Clearing House sweepstakes

I got a call from someone saying they were from Publishers Clearing House. They left a message saying "Bruce Roberts" won 2nd place in the monthly sweepstakes and to call back right away. The guy had a little bit of a different accent and it was real quiet in the background.

When I called back he said I won $18,000,000 and there was more money if I did other tasks. He gave me a set of numbers to get the money and said Bruce would get in contact with the FBI and IRS to take care of it and deal with fraud. The phone number was (903) 287-0317 from Texas. I didn't lose any money but it felt strange.

Video call claiming I won a prize from Publishers Clearing House

I got a video call from someone saying they were from Publishers Clearing House. They said I won a prize. I asked who it was and they said Publishers Clearing House. But the email they used was [email protected]. That doesn’t seem right for a real company like that.

I didn’t send any money. But it felt weird. They were on a video call trying to tell me I won something. I don’t know if this is a scam or what but I wanted to report it. No company name on the email just that gmail address.
