Phone call saying I won 35 million from Publisher's Clearinghouse

A man called me on the phone and then did a video call too. He told me I had won the 35 million dollar grand prize from the Publisher's Clearinghouse sweepstakes. Then he said the taxes had to be paid separately before I could get the money.

So we went and got money from the bank, $4,000, and sent it to him. After that I looked up PCH.com on my own and realized it was all a scam. He called again today trying to say there was a delay in the package delivery. We told him off and got his number, which is (201) 472-0293.
