Someone on Meet said they were from Publishers Clearing House

I was on Meet and this person called me saying they were from Publishing Clearing House. They said I won a prize and needed to give them some info. It didnt feel right so I didnt give them anything.

The address they gave was in NY, USA but no real company name on anything they sent. Just the website publishing clearing house. I didnt lose any money but it was strange. Felt like a scam honestly.
