Letter saying I won big with a check for fees

I got this letter in the mail saying I won $750,000. It looked real because they used Publishing Clearing House in it. They even included a check for $7,781.48 to cover fees. I was like, wow, maybe this is real. But something felt off so I went online to look it up. Turns out it's a scam. The check is fake and they just want you to send money. No company name on the letter that actually exists, just the phone number (845) 209-4601. I didn't lose any money but I wanted to report it.
