Got a call saying I won a sweepstakes from 2019

I got a call from a guy saying he was Robert Nelson with publishing clearinghouse. He told me I won their sweepstakes from 2019.

He already had my address and phone number. He asked me a bunch of yes or no questions to confirm my info. Then he gave me this long code number and wanted me to repeat it back to him. He asked me to say it several times and when I wouldn't do it, he got all agitated. It just felt off. The whole thing didn't make sense.
