Kept getting calls saying I won money from a publishing house

I got a phone call saying I will receive money from something called Publishing House Clearing. The person called from (541) 709-4329. I called back on a different number they gave, 401-375-2676, which is from Rhode Island.

I let them talk the first two times they called. Then they called a third time and I didn’t answer. It felt off. They just keep calling about this prize or sweepstakes I never entered. There’s no website or anything to check, just these calls from different numbers.
