Ordered in January, still nothing, tracking is in Chinese

I placed an order on puledy.com back in early January. It's now the middle of February and I haven't gotten anything. When I try to check the tracking they sent, the link just opens a website that's completely in Chinese. I've sent a bunch of emails to [email protected] asking for a refund, but I never get a reply. My money is just gone.
