Bought a vagus nerve device and they won’t stop charging my card

I ordered this vagus nerve device from Pulsetto for my headaches. They don’t tell you when you buy it that you’re also signing up for some monthly subscription just to use the thing. I never even used the device once. I’m not paying a monthly fee for something I didn’t agree to.

I contacted them and unsubscribed. They stopped charging me for like two months. Then in July of 2026 they just charged my credit card again. I’ve lost about $400 total. Their website is pulsetto and they’re supposedly in IN, USA but I’m not sure.
