Ordered a portable AC and now they won’t refund me
I ordered a portable AC unit from Punovo’s website. After 3 days I emailed them to cancel the order and they said I couldn’t because it had been more than 2 days. But the website doesn’t say anywhere you have to cancel within 2 days.
They gave me a FedEx tracking number but that was 7 days ago and it still just says label created. FedEx never got the item. The phone number on their site doesn’t even work. I’ve sent them emails asking for a refund since nothing shipped and I got nothing. They just ignore me.
I want my money back. $180 gone. This feels like a scam.
