Monthly fee I never agreed to on a dog treat order

I ordered some dog treats from puppapaws.com and there was a monthly fee attached that I didn’t see in the purchase agreement. I didn’t notice it at first until I checked my bank statement.

Now I can’t cancel it. I’ve tried looking on their site and there’s no way to stop the charges. No phone number to call or email to write to. The address just says NE, USA which doesn’t help.

I never agreed to any monthly thing. Just wanted to buy treats once.
