Ordered from PuppyLabCo and my package just keeps moving around

I ordered some stuff from PuppyLabCo.com back in December 2025. They gave me a tracking number and said it shipped on the 27th. It got to the United States on January 4th, 2026. But since then, the tracking just shows it moving to a new shipping destination every three days. It never says where it actually is or when I might get it.

I finally got someone on email, Isaac, and he offered me a 10% refund. I told him I'd wait a few more days because I didn't want to seem greedy. But now I'm done waiting.

I'm starting to think the whole shipping company is fake. I paid over $50 and I don't think I'm ever going to receive what I ordered.
