Ordered probiotics, never got them, now they won't answer

I ordered turkey tail probiotics from Puppylab.com back on January 21st, 2026. It was $62.10. I never received anything. I emailed this person Isaac several times to say my shipment never came.

Then about a week ago I contacted Isaac again. I said I never got the product and I wanted to cancel and get a full refund. They said they'd give me a refund installment of $6.22, but only after they got the returned product and did a review. I can't return something I never got.

Now today I got a notification that my subscription order is on its way. I tried to email Isaac twice about this, and both times the email came back as invalid. The email doesn't work anymore. I'm out over a hundred dollars total with this subscription.
