Ordered magnesium once but they keep sending it every month

I ordered Puravita Magnesium 12 in 1 complex. It was supposed to be a one time purchase. But now they are sending it to me every month and I did not sign up for that. I got charged again and I didn't ask for it. The phone number they use is (314) 409-3459 and they have an address at 5031 Walton ave, Philadelphia, PA 19143. I lost about $300 total so far. I just wanted the one bottle not a subscription or whatever this is.
