Ordered a diffuser two weeks ago, took my money and never shipped it.
Every email I send just gets an AI bot reply. I've sent at least twelve emails. They all say sorry and that they'll put it on the highest level for an immediate response. That was clearly a lie. They've had my fifty dollars for two weeks now and I still have nothing. Not the product, not a real person, nothing.
