Bought a mattress vacuum that stopped working after two uses

I bought this thing to vacuum our mattresses because we all have allergies. The commercials and the reviews I saw made it look pretty good for the price. It did work a bit the first two times, and then it just had no suction.
I contacted them and even took a video where you could clearly hear it wasn't sucking anything and sent it to them. They told me they were going to send a replacement unit.
Now, just recently, they said they won't send a new one. They said they looked at the specifics for that vacuum and it should be working. So I'm not getting a replacement.
I feel like I was scammed. I don't want anyone else to think this unit is going to help their health. I'm not even sure where the company is. I think it's "silver seas" because it took a really long time to get here. They do a lot of advertising on Facebook and Pinterest.
