Website with stolen puppy pictures and no real breeder info

I found this site purecockerspanielpups.com with pictures of beautiful cocker spaniels. When I reached out asking for more breeder info they texted me back. I asked specific questions about the breeder and "David" replied but his answers were dodgy.

Looked up the images on Google image and found they belong to a real breeder in New South Wales. The texts were in poor English too which made me suspicious. Phone number was (220) 285-9764.
