Website said chat but no way to actually talk to anyone

I was reading the New York Times and a pop up ad came up for puredrumstore.com. I ordered from them and the quality is really bad, not what was promised. They said pure linen but it's not. Also took forever to get here.

Their website says there is a "Chat" feature but there is no way to access it. No phone number to call for customer service either. And now when I try to log in it says my email is not valid. I lost $98.00 on this.

Ordered a linen dress, got cheap nylon instead with no return help

I ordered a dress from puredrumstore.com because it said it was premium quality linen. What showed up after three weeks was this cheap nylon thing, like really poorly made. I could tell right away it was all synthetic.

When I tried to send it back they made it really hard. They wouldn't give me any return shipping instructions and kept saying there's no guarantee it would even make it back to them. Instead they just kept offering me little discounts on my next order or a partial refund like 5 or 20 percent depending on how much I pushed. I lost about $50 on this.

It's pretty clear they just want you to give up so they keep your money. That dress probably cost them nothing to make.
