Got a fake check from a company pretending to hire me

I was contacted for a job with Purelane Health. They sent me a check for $4,500. It was supposed to be for training and equipment. But then they wanted me to pay an installment fee back to them for $4,217.92. They said the remaining $282 was for the training I did.

That's when I knew it was a scam. The whole thing was fake. The check was fake. They were just pretending to be a healthcare company to get money. I have their phone number and website and everything, but it's all just for this scam.
